At Gymsta.in, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience and ensure that all transactions are smooth and satisfactory. In cases where a refund is required, our policy ensures a transparent and fair process.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable in the following situations:

  • The product was damaged, defective, or not as described at the time of delivery.

  • The product was cancelled before dispatch.

  • A valid return was successfully initiated and approved (refer to our Return Policy).

Refunds will only be processed after a complete quality check and verification of the return request.

2. Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment:

  • Prepaid Orders (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Wallet): Refunded to the same account/method.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunded via bank transfer to the customer’s provided bank details.

3. Refund Timeframe

  • Once the returned product passes our inspection, the refund will be initiated within 2–3 business days.

  • Depending on the bank or payment method, the amount may reflect in your account within 5–7 business days.

  • For COD orders, please ensure that the provided bank details are correct. Gymsta.in is not responsible for delays due to incorrect information.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Returned product is used, damaged, or missing original packaging/accessories.

  • Return was requested after the 7-day return window.

  • Items marked as non-returnable (e.g., used accessories, hygiene products, clearance sales).

5. Cancellation Refunds

  • Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund.

  • If your order is already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery.

6. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in specific cases (e.g., missing parts, minor defects, shipping damage) as assessed and approved by our support team.
