At Gymsta.in, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below for a clear understanding of how returns are handled on our platform.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact.

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

⚠️ Products damaged due to mishandling, improper installation, or use are not eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Yoga mats, gloves, skipping ropes, and resistance bands once opened

  • Used gym accessories and supplements (if applicable)

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Clearance or final sale products


3. How to Request a Return


To initiate a return:

Email us at support@gymsta.in or call us at +91-99005 74023 within 7 days of receiving the product.

Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and images/videos of the product (if damaged/defective).

Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

4. Return Pickup & Inspection
We will arrange a reverse pickup through our delivery partners, wherever serviceable within 5 Business days we will pickup the product.

Once the returned product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection.

If the return is approved, we will proceed with the refund or replacement as per your request.
The whole replacement cycle will complete within 5-7 Business days after approval from our end.


5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (for prepaid orders) or as a bank transfer (for COD orders).

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.

  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us.

  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible — you may choose to request a return after delivery.
