1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return under the following conditions:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

The product is unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact.

The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
⚠️ Products damaged due to mishandling, improper installation, or use are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, such as:

Yoga mats, gloves, skipping ropes, and resistance bands once opened

Used gym accessories and supplements (if applicable)

Customized or special-order items

Clearance or final sale products
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
Email us at support@gymsta.in or call us at +91-99005 74023 within 7 days of receiving the product.
Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and images/videos of the product (if damaged/defective).
Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.
4. Return Pickup & Inspection
We will arrange a reverse pickup through our delivery partners, wherever serviceable within 5 Business days we will pickup the product.
Once the returned product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection.
If the return is approved, we will proceed with the refund or replacement as per your request.
The whole replacement cycle will complete within 5-7 Business days after approval from our end.
5. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (for prepaid orders) or as a bank transfer (for COD orders).

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us.

Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible — you may choose to request a return after delivery.
