1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across India. For remote locations, delivery availability is subject to logistics feasibility.

2. Order Processing Time

Order processing usually takes 1–3 business days after successful payment.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Cities/Towns: 5–8 business days
Remote/Interior Locations: 7–12 business days

Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all orders above ₹50000.
A flat shipping fee of ₹2000 may apply for orders below the threshold.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking ID and link via email and/or SMS. You can also log in to your Gymsta.in account to check order status.

6. Delivery Partners

We partner with trusted national courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery, including but not limited to Delhivery, Blue Dart, and DTDC.

7. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

If your order is delayed, we will notify you via email or phone.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-delivery may be scheduled.
Gymsta.in is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect/incomplete address information.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact our support team within 24 hours.
In the rare case of lost shipments, we will initiate an investigation and issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.

9. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within India.
